All rituals are performed in accordance with customary practices, traditions, and temple-specific procedures as determined by the respective priest or temple authority.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation communication where applicable.

All bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the applicable Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Priest assignment is subject to availability. In the event of illness, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, or other unavoidable circumstances, Zenvio may arrange a qualified substitute.
Such substitution does not affect the validity or sanctity of the ritual and will not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund, except as stated in the applicable policy.
Each service category is governed by a detailed Booking & Cancellation Policy, covering booking terms, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable policy.
Online puja sessions may be recorded and shared with you. Such recordings may be stored for a limited duration, as determined by Zenvio.
While Zenvio strives to provide a seamless experience, uninterrupted audio or video quality is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity, third-party platforms, or technical limitations.
Devotional offerings (chadhava) are fulfilled through temple authorities, priests, or authorised vendors.
Once submitted for execution, such requests cannot be modified or cancelled except as permitted under the applicable policy.
Fulfilment shall take place in accordance with customary temple practices, including timing within the customary ritual window.
Prasad, flowers, and ritual materials may vary based on temple customs, religious norms, and seasonal availability.
Substitution of equivalent items shall not be considered a deficiency in service.
Where delivery is applicable, timelines depend on third-party logistics providers. Zenvio is not responsible for delays after dispatch.
Users booking at-home services must ensure a clean and suitable space and make necessary arrangements as communicated.
Delays due to lack of readiness may reduce effective service time.
