This disclaimer explains the nature of spiritual and religious services offered through our platform. Since these services are rooted in faith, traditions, and temple practices, certain aspects may vary. Please read this carefully before booking or participating.
For the purpose of this Disclaimer, the term “Platform” refers to Zenvio’s website, mobile interfaces, and all related services through which bookings and facilitation of religious services are enabled.
By booking or participating in any service facilitated through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the provisions set forth below.
The Platform facilitates devotional and religious services, including but not limited to at-home pujas, private online pujas, temple or batch pujas, and devotional offerings (chadhava), through coordination with temple authorities, priests, associated religious institutions, and authorised vendors.
Zenvio acts solely as a facilitator and does not itself perform religious rituals unless expressly stated. All rituals, ceremonies, and offerings are conducted in accordance with customary religious practices, traditions, and temple-specific procedures as determined by the relevant priest or temple authority.
Zenvio does not control or supervise the manner in which rituals are conducted by such third parties.
Religious rituals may vary based on temple customs, sampradaya traditions, priestly interpretation, seasonal availability of materials, local observances, and festival-specific protocols.
The precise sequence, duration, materials used, or manner of performance of any ritual may differ from representations or expectations and will not be considered a service failure or deficiency.
Rituals and devotional offerings are matters of personal faith and belief. Zenvio does not guarantee or promise any specific spiritual, material, financial, personal, professional, medical, relational, or other outcomes from participation in any ritual or offering.
Any information provided on the Platform is for general understanding only and should not be interpreted as a promise of results.
Dissatisfaction arising from perceived spiritual or personal outcomes shall not be considered a valid ground for refund, dispute, or claim.
Priest assignment is subject to availability. In circumstances such as illness, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, or other unavoidable events, a qualified substitute priest may be arranged.
Such substitution does not affect the sanctity of the ritual and will not be considered grounds for cancellation or refund, except as provided under applicable service policies.
Devotional offerings and prasad are fulfilled in accordance with customary temple practices. Flowers, materials, and prasad items may vary depending on seasonal availability, temple norms, and religious observances.
Substitution of equivalent items will not be considered a service deficiency.
Where prasad delivery is applicable, dispatch timelines depend on temple processing schedules and third-party logistics providers. Zenvio is not responsible for delays occurring after dispatch.
Where a specific date or festival is selected, fulfilment may occur within the customary timing window determined by the temple or priest.
Exact timing may vary due to temple scheduling, religious considerations, or operational constraints, especially during peak festival periods.
For at-home or online services, users are responsible for ensuring suitable premises, timely participation, and adequate technical readiness.
Zenvio does not guarantee uninterrupted audio or video quality due to factors beyond its control, including internet connectivity issues, platform limitations, or third-party service disruptions.
Delays or disruptions attributable to user-side readiness or connectivity will not be considered grounds for refund beyond applicable policies.
Zenvio does not provide theological, astrological, or spiritual counselling unless explicitly stated.
Any ritual descriptions or content on the Platform are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as religious advice or doctrinal guidance.
Zenvio shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, temple closures, government restrictions, strikes, public emergencies, or technical failures.
