Puja at Temple – Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
This policy applies to Temple / Batch Pujas conducted at designated temples and booked through our Platform. These pujas are performed on fixed dates and may include multiple participants within a single ritual.
1. Booking Confirmation
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment. Upon confirmation, your name and sankalp details are submitted for inclusion in the scheduled ritual.
2. Standard Time Reference
For consistency, all time-based calculations (such as 48 hours) are referenced to 9:00 AM IST on the scheduled puja date, regardless of the actual ritual timing.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Temple / Batch Pujas are conducted on fixed dates and are generally not reschedulable.
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled date:
Booking may be transferred to another eligible batch of the same puja, subject to availability. - If no suitable batch is available, the request will be treated as a cancellation and processed accordingly.
- 24 hours or less before the scheduled date:
Rescheduling is not permitted.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to advance temple coordination and fixed scheduling, cancellations are governed as follows:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled date:
100% refund of the booking amount. - 24 hours or less before the scheduled date:
No cancellation or refund is applicable.
Once the puja has been performed, it is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.
5. Service Delivery and Participation
Temple / Batch Pujas are conducted at the temple by authorised priests on behalf of participants. Physical participation by users is not required.
The ritual will be performed in your name as per the details provided at the time of booking.
6. Proof of Service
A video of the puja may be shared for reference and devotional purposes. While we aim to provide this, availability may vary due to temple or operational constraints.
Confirmation of performance from the temple or priest shall be considered final.
7. Devotional Details
Users are responsible for providing accurate names, gotra, and other sankalp details at the time of booking.
Requests for correction may be accommodated if submitted before the puja is performed. Zenvio does not independently verify such details.
8. Temple Scheduling Changes
In rare cases where the temple reschedules or alters the puja timing due to administrative, religious, or unforeseen reasons:
- Your booking will be adjusted to the revised schedule, or
- A suitable alternative or refund may be offered
9. Prasad and Materials
Prasad and ritual materials may vary depending on temple customs and seasonal availability. Such variation shall not be considered a deficiency in service.
10. Pricing and Listing Errors
Zenvio reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or service details.
In case of an error, the booking may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Zenvio acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the manner in which rituals are conducted by temples or priests.
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, temple closures, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

Puja at Home – Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all At-Home Puja services booked through our Platform. These services are personalized and conducted at your location in your presence.
1. Booking Confirmation
To reserve your preferred date and priest, a Booking Confirmation Amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be completed prior to the scheduled puja date, as communicated during booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation amount and mutual confirmation of date, time, and location.
Zenvio reserves the right to cancel a booking if the balance payment is not completed within the required timeline or if the booking is deemed non-genuine.

For clarity and consistency, all time-based calculations are referenced to 9:00 AM IST on the scheduled puja date, regardless of the actual puja start time.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- More than 24 hours before the Policy Reference Time (9:00 AM IST on puja date):
One reschedule is allowed at no additional charge. - The rescheduled puja must be completed within 30 days of the original date.
- 24 hours or less before the Policy Reference Time:
Rescheduling is not permitted.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 24 hours before the Policy Reference Time:
100% refund of the Booking Confirmation Amount. - 24 hours or less before the Policy Reference Time:
No refund of the Booking Confirmation Amount.
Once the puja has commenced, it is considered fulfilled and no refunds are applicable.
5. Service Delivery and User Responsibility
At-Home Pujas are conducted at the user’s premises.
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate address and contact details
- Ensuring a clean and suitable space for the ritual
- Being available at the scheduled time
If the service cannot be delivered due to user-side issues (including incorrect address, unavailability, or lack of readiness), it will be treated as fulfilled, and no refund or rescheduling will apply.
6. Priest Assignment
Priests are assigned based on availability. While we strive to provide experienced and well-rated priests, Zenvio does not guarantee individual preferences or specific priest behaviour.
A qualified substitute priest may be assigned if required.
7. Materials and Preparation
All required puja materials will be arranged by Zenvio unless otherwise specified.
Users may be required to arrange certain basic items as communicated prior to the service.
8. Timing and Duration
The duration of the puja is indicative and may vary depending on the nature of the ritual and on-site conditions.
9. Location and Accessibility
Zenvio reserves the right to:
- Decline or reschedule bookings in locations that are not serviceable
- Apply additional charges for remote or logistically challenging locations
10. Service Disruptions
In the event of priest unavailability, travel disruption, or unforeseen circumstances, Zenvio will prioritise rescheduling.
If rescheduling is not feasible, an appropriate refund or credit may be offered.
11. Limitation of Liability
Zenvio shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or incident occurring at the user’s premises during the course of the puja, except in cases of proven negligence.

Online Puja – Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all Private Online Puja services booked through our Platform. These are dedicated sessions conducted online with a priest for your family.
1. Booking Confirmation
To reserve your preferred date and time slot, a Booking Confirmation Amount (percentage of total booking value) is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be completed prior to the scheduled puja date, as communicated during booking.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation amount and confirmation of the scheduled session time.
Zenvio reserves the right to cancel a booking if the balance payment is not completed within the required timeline or if the booking is deemed non-genuine.

Online pujas are conducted within a scheduled time slot.
- Users are expected to join on time and be prepared for the session
- Late joining will not extend the session duration
- Sessions will be conducted within the allotted time and cannot be extended
Failure to join or participate on time will not be considered grounds for refund or rescheduling.
6. Technical Requirements
Users are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity, audio/video setup, and access to the required platform.
- Issues arising from user-side connectivity or device limitations will not be grounds for refund
- In case of verified technical issues from the service provider’s side, rescheduling may be offered
7. Recording of Sessions
Online puja sessions may be recorded and shared for devotional purposes.
While we aim to provide access to such recordings, availability may vary.
8. Priest Assignment

Chadhava – Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all online chadhava (devotional offerings) placed through our Platform.
Online Chadhava is a devotional offering fulfilled in accordance with temple traditions and customary religious practices.
1. Payment & Confirmation
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
An order is considered confirmed upon successful payment.
2. Fulfillment of Chadhava
Upon confirmation, the request for fulfillment may be placed with:
- The designated temple authority
- A local priest associated with the temple
- An authorised vendor appointed for such offerings
Fulfillment is carried out in accordance with customary religious practices.
Processing for fulfillment may begin shortly after booking. Once the order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment.
As processing may begin shortly after booking, cancellation may not always be possible.
Once the order has been processed for fulfillment, no cancellation or refund is applicable.
4. Modifications
Requests for changes (including correction of details or duplicate orders) may be accommodated only if the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment.
Once processed, no modifications are permitted.
5. No Rescheduling
Chadhava offerings are not tied to fixed time slots and cannot be rescheduled.
If a specific date or festival is selected, fulfillment will occur within the customary religious window associated with that date or festival.
6. Fulfillment and Proof
Offerings are fulfilled in good faith through temple authorities, priests, or authorised vendors.
Where available, a photo or video of the offering may be shared. However, such media is not guaranteed.
Confirmation of fulfillment from the temple, priest, or vendor shall be considered final.
7. Prasad and Delivery
This service includes devotional offering only. Physical delivery of prasad is not part of this service unless explicitly mentioned.
Where applicable, prasad will be dispatched as per temple practices. Delivery timelines depend on temple processing and third-party logistics providers. In case of delivery issues, we may offer reasonable assistance; however, we do not guarantee delivery outcomes once dispatched.
8. Fraud Prevention
Zenvio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of Platform policies. In such cases, an appropriate refund may be issued at our discretion.
